This is a 21-day journaling challenge for anyone who has something they want to do — and hasn't done it yet. It could be starting a business. It could be painting one piece, visiting someone you love, or finally making that call you keep putting off. Any plan that lives in your head but hasn't made it into your life counts.
Over 21 prompts, you'll move through three phases:
Witness — Surface the thoughts, fears, and doubts that have been keeping you stuck. No fixing. Just looking.
Discern — Question what's actually true. Separate real signal from familiar noise. Reconnect to why you wanted this in the first place.
Move — Take the first step. Document what happens. Notice how it feels when you actually begin to move toward this thing.
Each prompt is paired with a short meditation practice. One video covers all the techniques — watch it once before you begin, and each day tells you which one to use.
By day 21, you will have either started — or consciously chosen a different direction. Both are progress.
