Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we need a little time to pack it with love and get it ready for its journey to you. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We currently open our market in Canada and the US. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your choice of shipping method, all shipping methods will be carried out by Canada Post.

International Shipping (United States)
Rates will be calculated at checkout based on your address and the order’s weight and dimensions.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LIVE WITH HU is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
LIVE WITH HU is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
